Q. Angel appears to be mean to cats and seems to rip off Vanna's hair, what's up with that?

A. It's common to use exaggeration in anime to show how much a character loves something, like illustrating the idea "loving something to death" it was supposed to be humorous, but some people could construe this as being cruel to animals. This is not the intent.
Regarding Vanna, it's actually a wig. Angel sees a bobby pin and realizes that Vanna's pride and joy, her hair, is nothing but a false wig and her real hair is very scraggly. Angel
is actually very sweet if you read her bio.

Q. The answer to the question "Noah sent this bird to search for dry land first?" seems to be incorrect.

A. Many people think it's a dove, but if one reads the passage carefully, the raven was actually sent out first.

Q. Setting an empty password in the Egg Timer doesn't work?

A. The Egg Timer will allow you set an empty password, but when you attempt to log in the next time using an empty password, you'll get an "Invalid Password" error. Empty passwords are actually not allowed. If you do get
stuck in this situation, use the default password specified in the manual to gain access to the Egg Timer.

Q. Why doesn't my custom made questions show up in the game?

A.You must first add the questions to the game list by selecting the "Add to Game Questions List" button when viewing the question to be added. This will place the question into the game rotation. Note that game questions
are randomize during the game so your custom questions may not appear first.

Q. Asterisks appear in the Egg Timer password field even though I haven't typed in anything yet?

A. Press and hold down the Backspace key until all the asterisks have been removed.

Q. How do I save my game?

A. Each time a player finishes a level and returns to the Control Tower cameras, the game is automatically saved.

Q. If I quit the game during a mission, will I loose all my progress?

A. If you do quit mid-mission, you will only loose the progress made for that particular mission. Any previously completed missions will be saved.

Q. I noticed that there are some incorrect answers or typos in the questions.

A. If there are any questions you think are incorrect or misspelled, please email us at support@brethren-et.com and we'll fix it for the next patch.

Q. What do I do with the webcode?

A. We're currently working on that part of the site and should have it available soon. Please check back.

Q. Why don't I see my score on the high-scores list?

A. Scores are only added to the list when the player has completed all of the missions. Until then, no scores are registered.

Q. I lost my power up when I picked up a different one. What happened?

A. Only one power up can be in use at any time. Some power ups can be used for a specific amount of time and others have immediate actions. Anytime you pick up another power up while the previous one is still in effect will
cause the previous one to be cancelled.
