GAMEPLAY ISSUES
1. In mouse mode, I keep entering the same house over and over and over again. Is there any way to stop?

A: Yes, simply let go of the mouse, the cursor will re-center over the character, then move.

2. Are there any "hot keys" in the game to save , to view the inventory or things like that?

A: No, there are no hot keys available in this version of Victory at Hebron. We are considering issuing an update patch to include these features in the future, depending on demand.

3. I’m really frustrated. During card battle I sometimes hit the DONE button before I enhance my card, is there an "undo" feature so that this doesn't happen so frequently?

A: No. The reason why is because the computer automatically plays its cards and you would then know what it played. Sometimes this happens when you completely empty the Haven. Remember to Power Up before hitting done when you do that.

4. Is there a way to review all of the card plays by both sides after a battle?

A: No. Due to time and memory constraints, this feature was not engineered into Victory at Hebron. A good alternative is to slow down the battle speed and writing down the plays, like one does for chess.

5. I can’t find all of the spies in a particular section. Is there a way to find out where I’ve been?

A: Unfortunately, there is no in game accounting for what buildings have been entered and what have not. However, a printed map of the town is provided for our players to check off what buildings have been visited. We have also included additional copies of the map at the end of this manual.

6. Are there any cheat codes in the game?

A: Yes, Please go to tips & hints page

7. Will there be any update patches to Victory at Hebron that may contain new features?

A: Perhaps, it depends on the demand. Please check our website at www.brethren-et.com for news on updates and correction patches regularly.

8. I’m stuck on a puzzle and can’t figure out how to solve it. Where can I get a hint?

A: We will provide hints to all the puzzles in the game on our website at www.brethren-et.com

9. Will there be an online or printed hint or strategy guide for Victory at Hebron?

A: Yes there will be some online hints and strategies on our website. Again, depending on the demand, we may consider making a strategy guide with solves to all the puzzles, locations of all the items, ways to earn all the medals and achieve the highest rank in the game. In addition, the guide will focus primarily on advanced card play strategy. Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing a strategy guide.

CARDPLAY ISSUES
1. Why can you have a duplicate cards in the Haven or FOB for some Heroes and not others?

A: Because these hero cards are known as a group of people instead of an individual.

2. Can imprisoned cards be set aside?

A: Yes.

3. Why doesn’t my deck reshuffle when I run out of cards?

A: Re-shuffling only happens at the green draw phase, not the red draw phase.

4. I have a rods, shields and other stuff, but why don't they show up in my pop up window in battle?

A: The pop up window will not display items that you cannot use because you do not have tech appropriate gem combinations to activate them.

CONTENT ISSUES
1. How did you come up with the Victory at Hebron game algorithm ?
A: Victory at Hebron is a computerized version of a board game using Redemption (TM) cards called City of Bondage. In that game, the player goes from house to house to find lost souls and plays according to the original Redemption (TM) rules. So that's how we came up with the concept. The card play we felt neede some "spicing up", so we changed that too.

2. Are the gems or battle items mentioned in the Bible? Were they used in the Bible the same way that you use them in the game?
A: Yes, No and No. Yes, the gems are explicitly mentioned in the bible in Ex 28:15 and they were used to represent the twelve tribes of Israel on Aaron’s breastplate. No, the Rods, Shields, and a specific Sword of Gideon are not mentioned. They also were not used the same way that we used them in the game. We simply needed a way to combine the gems to give you increased strategy options in card battle, so we used "creative license" with the gem play, we designed rods as containers for two gems, shields as containers for three and the others for more interesting combinations. These items are not to be thought of as real things in the bible, but game devices to add more complexity and fun to the game.

3. I cannot find any reference to a Rancor, Rebel, Chorak, Razor or Xeres in the Bible, did they really exist? What about the Sons of Anak?
A: No and Yes. These are fictional characters that we invented to create an interesting storyline to the game. How biblically accurate are the Hero Biographies and verses on the Redemption® cards? However, the sons of Anak have been mentioned in seVral places in the bible, including Num 13:22, Josh 15:14 and Judges 1:10. We did not embellish their biographies but their context within the game itself is fictional.

4. How accurate are the Hero Biographies? Are any of those fictional?
A: The hero biographies are as historically and biblically accurate as we could verify. None of the Hero biographies are fictional. We hoped that by having a separate viewer, this would distinguish the biographies as something different than the rest of the game.

5. What if I find a bug or had further content questions about the game?
A: If you find any of these errors, please notify us at www.brethren-et.com. Although we try our best to find as many of these problems, invariably things like this happen. If the error is glaring, we will undoubtedly notify our customers on our website and immediately provide a patch to fix the problem. If you have questions, please submit your questions to our forum on our website and we will try our best to answer them.

COMPUTER ISSUES

1. When I play the screen flashes black and the cursor seems to wipe away areas of black to reveal the game interface again. What is happening?
A: Usually this problem can be remedied by turning off Windows®/MSN Messenger or any messenger service prior to starting the game.

2. What do I do if I experience crashing or hardware related problems?
A: Please submit problems on our web forum and we will get to them in the order received.
